Position: ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver effective ESL lessons to students with varying English language proficiency levels.

Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.

Create engaging classroom activities that encourage language acquisition and active participation.

Assess students’ language abilities and monitor their progress regularly.

Provide individualized guidance and support according to students’ learning needs.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.

Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and learning objectives.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and prepare reports when required.

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
